Defense reimbursement applies to all covered Proceedings under the policy (commonly Licensing Board Investigations and Non-Party Witness subpoenas for records or testimony) which allows for the policy to pay the costs of a qualified attorney to assist you through matter resolution. The policy includes a base limit of $5,000 per Proceeding at no extra cost and with no aggregate; Higher limits up to $150,000 may be available. Separately, the policy offers UNLIMITED payment of attorney fees for lawsuits or claims covered under your policy which does NOT erode your limits of liability.
